Why do this breath-work? I have found this style of breath-work to be a simple and powerful tool that works with many issues. I have experienced in myself and witnessed in my clients amazing and fast progress in shifting limiting beliefs, lowering stress, decreasing pain (both physical and emotional), relieving addictive behaviors, and the list goes on.

How much does it cost? Single (75 min) 1:1 Session: $120.00 Package of Three (75 min each) Sessions: $300.00
