Conscious Connected Breathwork

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a transformative breathing practice you can use to overcome trauma, let go of old wounds/stories, manage anxiety, and process sadness and grief. It is a simple yet powerful tool to alleviate emotional baggage. During this type of breathwork, you breathe in a controlled manner to affect your physical, mental, and emotional states-of-being in a healing way. Breathing in this way can has long lasting effects allowing more resilience in day-to-day living, making it easier to ride the waves of life. The most common response from students is they feel lighter and experience a deeper sense of peace after a session.

Why try Conscious Connected Breathwork?
I find conscious connected breathwork to be a simple and powerful tool that works with many issues.  I have experienced in myself and witnessed in my students a profound shift in emotional well-being. Some of the benefits include:

What is the breathing technique?
  1. The breathing is performed lying down on your back in a comfortable position.
  2. Breathing is done with an open mouth with the first breath inflating the belly, The second breath into the chest, and then you release the breath with an easy exhale. Two breaths in and one breath out.
  3. The breathing is done to music to help relax, motivate, and inspire you. I guide the process with instructions and affirmations. The active breathing is ~30 minutes following by relaxation and guided meditation of ~15 minutes.

Can Conscious Connected Breathwork be done remotely?
Yes! I conduct one-on-one and group sessions with people all over the country via Zoom.
