Hi, I'm Tessa Dowell, and I'm a Holistic Health Coach. I help women in midlife reconnect to their inner wisdom and live their BEST life through food choices, gentle exercise, and mindset practices.
What I can offer you is a set of tools I have used on my own healing journey. This combined with my professional training as a health coach allows me to serve as guide and encourager for you.
Together, we can explore what you love and reconnect you to it. I can teach you healing meditations, affirmations, and visualization tools that will help you slowly return to yourself – in mind, body, and spirit. These tools speak to you as a unique person and will gently guide you back to feeling whole again.
I can show you how to gradually add in healthy food that will nourish your body. In doing so, you'll slowly crowd out the unhealthy foods in a slow and gentle way. This is a new way of being in relationship to food and your body. It's exciting to experience the energy boost you receive from eating well!
We will also find ways to get your body moving; simple walks through nature or a gentle yoga class are a few ideas, but there are many options. I'll guide you to discover what works best for you.
